Topshop Wedding Pop-Up

After a successful weekend at the 2017 The Most Curious Wedding Fair in London, Lucie was hand-picked along with four other wedding suppliers to 'pop-up' in store at Topshop, Oxford Circus to celebrate the launch of their debut bridal collection. Baileys Chocolat Luxe Easter 

Lucie teamed up with Baileys, to re-design their requisite Easter egg to help them promote their new flavour, Chocolat Luxe. She created a hand-crafted Easter egg decorated with a hand-patented version of the Baileys brand design. The dark chocolate shell was filled with beautifully soft chocolate ganache, and flavoured with Baileys Chocolat Luxe. Lucie went on to develop recipes both the ganache egg and the chocolate brioche for the dessert which was served across Harvey Nichols restaurants across the UK.

Salon du Chocolat 2014

In October 2014 Lucie collaborated with French fashion designer Quentin Gianora. Lucie was inspired to to create a bohemian woodland fairy chocolate dress for Salon du Chocolat. The headpiece and belt were designed to look like chocolate branches and were decorated with handmade chocolate oak leaves.

Baileys Autumn Truffles

This Autumn Lucie created a truffle recipe using the new Baileys Pumkin Spice for a press package celebrating the launch of their new flavour. The truffle were a pumpkin spice ganache with a crunchy wafer layer dipped in milk chocolate. Each box was tied with a copper ribbon and pressed oak leaf.

National Chocolate Week 2015

Lucie collaborated with Brighton Based artist Lauren Pratt to create The Queen of Ravens Chocolate dress which first exhibited in St Pancras Station during National Chocolate Week in October 2015.  This piece was inspired by the fairy tale carachter Maleificent. The deer skull and feathers were crafted out of chocolate and then sprayed with a black cocoa butter giving the piece a gothic and dark fairy tale feel.

Winter Mountain Wedding Cake

Lucie was approched by Hayley to create a sculptral wedding cake using chocolate as a meduim. The Bride requested that the cake should look like the shape of a sharp jagged mountain complete with chocolate fur trees, bear, wolfs, deer and rabbits. It's always really exciting to collaborate with a creative mind, someone who pushed the design boundaries, Hayley was an exceptional bride with a great vision.
