Chocolate and Chai Tea Patisseries - Wednesday 6th September
Join Lucie in the first of a series of highly anticipated patisserie workshops in her country kitchen in Henfield as she teaches you how to create amazing chocolate domes with silky mirror glazes.
Skills we will cover are: Mousse work, centres, caramel, sponge work, glazes, decorations and finishing.
